i found the lack of clear information about parking costs disconcerting i ended up paying significantly more than expected there was no designated area for dropping off luggage upon arrival so unloading was inconvenient

The room was spacious and included a smart tv. The staff kindly provided a room upgrade with a view facing the sky tower. The provided bed and pillows offered great comfort (the best I've experienced in a hotel!). I appreciated the late check-out.
The hallway echoed considerably. Getting to sleep at night proved difficult.

The hotel is centrally located. The sky drive bus stop is not far from the hotel, helpful when travelling to the airport. I found it easy to walk to the queen street and the harbor.

Breakfast offered many choices. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The buffet was great. I noted fresh juice available, alongside fresh fruit and pastries (a great selection!).

i had an fantastic stay! i was upgraded for free, and i got there early. two staff members were assisting other guests, so a third person came from the back to see what i needed. i was offered a seat while i waited and i was served quickly (talk about feeling valued!). the staff are the best i have seen in my travels.
the parking costs were a bit unclear, and i ended up paying more than listed when i booked. it wasn't clear that i couldn't come and go from the neighboring parking building when i arrived.
